What are the credits for?
Credits enable you to use Png2Webp for as much as you want. You can use credits on Png2Webp, via the Png2Webp API or in any of our tools and applications.
what type of images are supported
You can upload any image in JPG or PNG format with a file size of up to 25 megabytes.
Can i cancel or change my subscription plan to a version lower/higher
Yes, you can always upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription. Please note: If you cancel your subscription, any remaining subscription credits can only be used until the end of your current billing period.
Is Png2Webp free
Yes, Png2Webp is 100% free for all images under 10 megabytes. Beyond this size, you must subscribe to a premium subscription to convert your images.
What happens if i don't use all the credits of my subscription plan every month?
In the case of a subscription, your unused lost credits can be used the first 10 days of the following month after which they will be lost. For the Pay as you go offer they will remain usable indefinitely.
What should i do if i don't have credit anymore?
Register and subscribe to a png2webp offer or buy the credits corresponding to your needs via the pay as you go offer.
Which payment method do you accept?
We only accept payment via paypal and you will receive your money back within 14 days. Note: You will be deducted from the refund the amount corresponding to the credits already used.
What is the API for?
The Png2Webp API allows you to automatically convert your Png and Jpg images to the lightest web format, the Webp format, and thus gain in lightness on your sites and applications without losing in image quality.
How many images can i process simultaneously with the API
You can send up to 5 images simultaneously as long as you have a premium account.
